Suzuki Canada wanted to create an immersive online customer experience that showcased their three product lines –motorcycles, ATV, marine – and supported the bottom line.
Larche began by analyzing the current usage habits of Suzuki’s passionate existing following. We used a variety of tools like heat mapping to identify common patterns in visitor journeys and then used this data to develop an elevated user experience that prioritized the right functionality.
The new site needed to span broad categories, while still allowing visitors to go dive deep into the details of specific models. We built a backend that was friendly enough for Suzuki to use themselves, and powerful enough to support product comparison, e-commerce, and their dealer network. Visitors can build and price a product, share it with the right dealership, and order accessories directly from Suzuki, all on the same page.
