The Town of Innisfil’s unique organizational structure, inclusive culture and innovative approach sets it apart from most other municipalities in Central and Southern Ontario. But they were facing challenges gaining traction and recognition with professionals in major urban centres.
Larche developed a sub-brand and guidelines to give the People & Talent department a cohesive identity under the Town’s master brand. We also created a phased campaign strategy framework to identify key target demographics and appeal to them with the messages and benefits that would most resonate. We worked hand-in-glove with the Innisfil team to provide more than deliverables; an actionable plan and strategy that will guide their recruiting activities for years to come.
